Electronic Audio Reserve Request
| Use this form to place CD's, cassette tapes, or records owned by the library on electronic audio reserve. If you wish to place a CD, cassette tape, or record on reserve in the library, use the Book or Other Material Reserve Request form. If you wish to place material you own on audio e-reserve, you can print out the Electronic Audio Reserves Printable Form (MS Word). Please allow 2 working days for items to be placed on reserve before assigning to your class. Need Help?
