Food is not allowed in the library, except in the Visual News Library.
Use of any and all tobacco products, including smokeless tobacco, is prohibited in the library.
Non-alcoholic beverages in closed, spill-proof containers (such as travel mugs or screw-on or pop-up plastic bottles) are permitted.
